The project will be undertaken through stages of approvals. Prior to the commencement of the next stage the project control group will "sign off" having been satisfied that all tasks have been undertaken satisfactority in the previous stage or critical element of the project.

Stage 1 - Preliminary Design
1.Confirmation of scope of works and brief;
2.Block Planning ;
3.Site Measure, survey and services check;
4.Budget estimate;
5.Documentation programme;


Stage 2 - Design Development
1.Preparation of plan layouts showing furniturearrangements and space capacities;
2.Liaison with local authorities to ensure regulation compliance;
3.Prepartion of Preliminary colour boards, samples and selection of furniture and fitting;
4.Preliminary elevations and sections to indicate design and finishes;
5.Development of budget and programme;
6.Preparation of drawing schedule for stage 3;


Stage 3 - Documentation
1.Preparation of Drawings and documents for building purposes;
2.Preparation of schedule and specifications of items and finishes;


Stage 4 - construction Administration
1.Programmed visits to site and in an orderly stagedmanner;
2.Implementation of any additional client instructions as work proceeds;
3.Cost assessment of any additional work requested;
4.Quality control and preparation of defects list;
5.Completion certification and reconciliation;
6.Final inspection and final certification.
